years and has been teaching Raj Yoga based meditation for many years. Dr. Chopra

Jay Gupta will help us enjoy Peace within. Jay believes that yoga is for every
body and mind, and aims to make it as easy as taking a medicine capsule. A yoga
capsule is a "practice" capsule that is done once or twice a day and takes only
a few minutes to perform, with the aim to enhance wellness. He shares these
YogaCaps through his organization RxRelax. Jay is a registered community pharmacist
and specializes in medication therapy management. He is the Director of Pharmacy
and Integrative Health at Harbor Homes in Nashua.
Dodi Mitchell will accompany Jay with sounds of crystal bowl music. Dodi is a
singer-songwriter and recording artist, whose background includes a rich mix
of blues, folk and rock. Best known for her work with her band Blue Therapy,
she has played diverse venues from intimate stages to the Rock and Roll Hall
of Fame. Dodi Mitchell is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and a KRI Certified
Kundalini Yoga teacher. She has, for the last 22 years, supported the Nashua
Special Olympics program as a volunteer Program director and Coach.
